Arturo "Tury" Rocha, Jr.

Arturo Rocha, Jr. passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 66. A devoted husband, brother, and cherished friend, Arturo will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Arturo dedicated many years of faithful service to the El Paso Water Department before retiring. He was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and unwavering devotion to his family. His warmth, generosity, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on everyone whose lives he touched. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Guadalupe Rocha and Arturo Rocha, Sr., and his dear sister, Lorena Rocha. Arturo is survived by his loving wife, Norma Tarango Rocha, as well as many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:45am at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church; 503 Hunter Dr. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery at 1:30pm. Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr.
