Betty M. Summers

BETTY ANN SUMMERS passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, July 30th at the age of 87. She was a loving wife to her husband Jack of 43 years and a dedicated mother to her sons Tommy (Carol) Lewis and Danny Lewis. She is survived by her grandchildren, Allyson Lewis and Tommy (Sandra) Lewis, and her pride and joy, great grandchildren Ryan and Natalie Lewis and Cole and Alec Felhaber. She was preceded in death by her late husband Tommy J. Lewis, parents Clarence and Rosalie McGehee and brothers Walter, Ivey and Robert. Betty retired from Southern Union Gas Company after a dedicated 30 years in customer service. Thank you to her special friend and hairdresser, Ofelia Leyva and her caregiver, Rosemary and Hospice of El Paso where donations may be made in lieu of flowers. Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Memory Gardens of the Valley in Santa Teresa, NM. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
