Carlos Mendoza Arenas, 77, entered into eternal rest on September 10, 2026 in El Paso, Texas. Carlos is preceded n death by his parents, Alejandro Mendoza & Maria Luisa Arenas. His beloved wife Irma Mendoza. Siblings, Antonio Mendoza, Lazaro Mendoza, Maria de la Luz Hernandez, Maria Ines Salas. Carlos is survived by his children, Alejandro Mendoza, Irma Patricia Mendoza, Sarita Mendoza, Martha Mendoza, Rebecca Mendoza & Elizabeth Mendoza. Siblings, Isaias Mendoza & Maria Estela Martinez. Also, leaving behind 21 Grandchildren & 21 Great Grandchildren to honor and cherish his memory.Carlos will always live in the hearts of those who loved him.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life (time pending) on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 N. Loop, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Second Visitation will be held  from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 6521 N. Loop, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Graveside will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
