Carmen Escobedo, 90, entered into eternal rest on El Paso, TX. Carmen was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and sister. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jesus Escobedo. Parents, Juan Mata and Esperanza Garcia; along with brothers and sisters. Carmen is survived by her loving daughters, Ines Escobedo, Teresa Zamarripa and Carmen Escobedo; sons, Jesus Escobedo Jr. and Lorenzo Escobedo. Carmen also leaves behind 9 grandchildren to honor and cherish her memory. Carmen was very loved and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907, A Graveside will follow at 11:30 AM at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
