Carmen Lujan

Carmen Lujan, 90, born on June 7, 1924 and native El Pasoan left us on October 19, 2014 and went to her new home in heaven to be with her other family. She is preceded in death by father, Guillermo Lujan Sr.; mother, Alberta Nunez Lujan, siblings, Guillermo Lujan Jr., Enrique Lujan Sr., Margarita Lujan, Leonor Lujan Villegas. Carmen is survived by her big brother Isidro Lujan which is 100 years of age, and one wonderful sister-in-law Maria Rodriguez Lujan. She has many nieces and nephews that she had always loved and cherished for with her heart of gold. “Tia Carmen” was always there for you when you needed her. She is a graduate of Guardian Angel Catholic School, and worked for the “White House” in downtown El Paso before she retired in the early 70’s. She will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed by family and friends. Pallbearers: Gulliermo A. Lujan Jr., Gabriel Ramirez, Adam Pena, Daniel Villegas, Prisciliano Villegas III, Prisciliano Villegas Jr. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Scripture Service will begin at 10:00am on Friday, October 24, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Graveside Service will follow at 11:30am at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
