Carol B. Gillespie

Carol B. Gillespie, age 82, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2026.

Born in Ireland on February 5, 1944, Carol was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who brought warmth and love to everyone around her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Willie Gillespie; her children, Michael, Matthew, Frances Wilson, and Patricia Welte; and her 6 cherished grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Michael Harris and Peter Harris, and her sisters, Frances Harris, Sadie McMeekin, and Rosie Harris.

A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will take place later that afternoon at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
