Carolyn Blaugrund Feinberg passed away peacefully on December 21, 2015 at her home in El Paso, Texas. She was born on December 28, 1931 in El Paso to Birdie Stark Blaugrund and David Blaugrund. She graduated from El Paso High School and the University of Texas at El Paso (then Texas Western College). She married the love of her life, Walter, on September 6, 1953 in El Paso, and they were happily married for 54 years until he preceded her in death in 2008. She said that the best and most important decision in her life was marrying Walter. Carolyn was an avid tennis player, gardener, and baker who loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her three children, Paul Feinberg (Frances), Nancy Heydemann, and Susie Goldman (Dr. Edward) and her eight grandchildren, John, Emily and Rachel Heydemann, Jessica, Shauna, Alyssa and Molly Goldman, and Madeline Feinberg. She is also survived by her siblings, Dr. Stanley (Dr. Annette), Arlyne Epstein (Jerome), and Anne Spier (Dr. James) and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Graveside Service were held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 1:30PM at Temple Mount Sinai Cemetery, 3915 Gateway West.
