Charles Ray Forbes

FORBES Charles "Buddy" Ray Forbes, age 87, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 29, 2020. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, friend and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his loving parents; Clarence Raymond Forbes† and Lucy Elizabeth Richards† and his loving sister; Lucy Jane Forbes†. Charles is survived by his adoring wife; Virginia "Jinny" Steward, his loving children; Lisa Gail Haltigan, Kevin Ray Forbes, and Julie Celeste Berger, and sister; Jean Leach. Charles also leaves behind 4 grandchildren to cherish and honor his memory. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
