Clarence LeBlanc, 79, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019 in El Paso, Texas. He was born on May 7, 1940 in Thornwell, Louisiana to Louise and Albert LeBlanc. Clarence, a US Army Veteran, is survived by his wife Ramona LeBlanc, daughter Ginger LeBlanc, son Ronald LeBlanc, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation 4-9PM with Rosary at 7PM, Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass 9:30AM, Friday, May 17, 2019 at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1700 George Dieter. Committal Service following at 9:30AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
