SFC Clifford Eugene Ellis, ARMY, entered into eternal rest on September 27 2022 at the age of 83. As a young man, from Chattanooga Tennessee, he chose to enlist in the army as a supply sergeant. A career soldier, he served two tours in Vietnam. Because of his service he was blessed by being stationed to South Korea where he met the beautiful woman who would become his wife. After retiring from military service, he settled down in El Paso and worked as a city bus driver, then dispatcher. He was a strong, driven, man with a wicked sense of humor and enjoyed the company of others to just chat and shoot the breeze. He was an exceptional soldier, brother, father, grandfather and husband. He leaves behind to cherish his memory wife, Alice Ellis, daughters Diane Marie and Donna Jean Ellis, grandchildren, Ryann Hannah and Brendan Noah Ellis, brother, Larry Ellis. He was so very loved and will be dearly missed, but contently resting in peace.
