Cruz H. Duran

Cruz H. Duran, 74, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2006. He was a usher at Cristo Rey Church and raised in Derry, New Mexico. He was a resident of El Paso, Texas and had been a truck driver for 45 years. He also served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Duran was preceded in death by his parents; Matilde and Feliciana Duran. Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years; Teresa G. Duran, sons; Antonio Duran, Rudy Gonzalez, Robert J. Smith, Victor Cruz, and Samuel Rene Duran, daughter; Victoria Juelson, brothers; Steve, Luis, Martin and Juan Duran, sister; Mercy Herrera. His also survived by his daughter-in-law; Daniela Duran, son-in-law; Samuel Juelson, sisters-in-law; Gloria, Sylvia and Patsy Duran, brother-in-law; Larry Herrera. 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, November 24, 2006 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
