Daniel Joseph McCarthy

DANIEL JOSEPH MCCARTHY passed away after a brief illness on Friday, January 24, 2014 at the age of 52. He was a Military Analyst with the United States Army, Brigade Modernization Command. Dan was also a retired Army Officer, who served with honor including three combat tours defending our nation. He is survived by his son, Matthew Joseph McCarthy, brothers: Michael, James, and Thomas, and sister, Kathleen. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Marguerite and brother, Timothy. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on February 7, 2014 at Sage Hall on Fort Bliss. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home West.
