The El Paso community lost a kind, thoughtful and loving man. Scott Biggs passed away on August 21, 2018. Preceded in death by his father Frank Biggs, his sister Katie Biggs, and the man he referred to as his brother, Doug Worsham. He is survived by his wife, Olga Biggs, his son, the joy of his life, Hunter Scott Biggs, his mother Amie Biggs, her husband Larry, his sister Susan Eliason, brother in law Art Eliason, his nieces Kelsey and Katelyn Eliason, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Scott graduated from Eastwood High School in 1980. He was a volunteer with Special Olympics, The Amigo Airsho, and was named Subcontractor of the Year by Associated Builders and Contractors. His love for the construction industry began with his first job at Modern Iron Works where he worked with his father and best friends. Scott chose a career that accentuated his extraordinary people skills. He was loved by everyone that he worked with, and Scott loved them all as well. Scott was a loving father to his son, and the pride he felt was obvious to all. He will be greatly missed and hold a place in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. Visitation 8:30 – 10:30 AM with funeral service at 10:30 AM, Saturday, August 25 at Sunset Funeral Home, 750 N. Carolina Drive. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 Montana Avenue.
