David A. Quijas

David A. Quijas was born on June 23, 1949 to Francisco and Beatriz Quijas in El Paso, TX. He passed away on April 20, 2016. David served his country in the United States Navy. He is survived by his loving wife of over 40 years; Esperanza Quijas, his sons, Daniel Pasqual Quijas, and Chris Sanchez, Daughters; Victoria Valdez ( Esequiel III ), Yvonne Quijas ( Rick Carrillo), seven Grandchildren and a Great Grandchild along with several nephews and nieces. David will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
