Delia D. Silva

DELIA D. SILVA, 91, joined Our Lord on June 1, 2022. Delia was born and lived in El Paso, Texas until the age of 89, where she was a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. In 2020, she relocated to Mansfield, Texas where she became a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Delia was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Delia is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio B. and Mauricia "Bano" Dominguez; her husband Juan M. Silva; and her brothers, Gilberto Dominguez and Luis Dominguez. Delia D. Silva is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, John M. and Mati Silva, Francisco G. Silva of El Paso, and Roberto A. Silva of Pueblo, Colorado; and daughters and sons-in-law Mary and Leo Macias, Rosie Hernandez of El Paso, and Yolie and John Jauncey of Mansfield, Texas. Delia is also survived by Sisters; Toni Duron, Luisa Estrada and 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation for Delia D. Silva will be from 4PM until 8PM on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home-Hondo Pass, with a Rosary at 6PM. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 9AM at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 10000 Pheasant Road in Northeast El Paso. Pallbearers will be John M. Silva, Roberto A. Silva, Francisco G. Silva, Aaron M. Silva, David A. Moreno, A. Michael Hernandez and John Jauncey. Burial for Delia D. Silva will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery following her Mass.
