Donald Wilson

Donald Wilson, 67, an El Paso native, passed away February 13, 2022. Donald was preceded in death by his mother, Mary L. Session, and his brother Michael. He leaves behind his wife of 6 years, Eileen; his sister Sylvia Johnson; aunts Lupe Session, Katy Sims, and Margaret Stemsley; nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of friends; and his beloved Raven Lopez from Albuquerque. Donald graduated from Bel-Air High School and attended UTEP as a Biology major. While attending UTEP he pledged Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Donald worked at the United States Park Services as a Park ranger during his studies at UTEP and served during his summer breaks at Lassen Volcanic National Park and Yosemite, and was assigned to Chamizal National Park. Donald worked for Dick Poe Chrysler Plymouth, Shamaley Ford, Story Nissan, and most recently at Hyundai of El Paso. Visitation 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at San Antonio Catholic Church, 503 Hunter. Interment to follow at 1:30 PM at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
