Dotty passed away painlessly and peacefully on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the age of 87, surrounded by her family, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and husband. She was a spectacular woman who lived a beautiful life totally giving and devoted to her family, a selfless mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She spent 29 of her years as a devoted army wife, always upbeat about the moves around the country and overseas, and keeping her children’s well being uppermost in her mind. Her three children, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, husband and two dogs will greatly miss her. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice. Visitation will be held from 5-9pm, Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will begin at 11am, Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
