Edith Ella Neely

Edith Ella Neely has joined her heavenly father in Heaven. She passed away on April 6, 2013 at Sierra Medical Center in El Paso. Edith was born in Soltnitz Pommern Germany on February 1, 1933 to Ernst Schaefer and Emma Jaster Schaefer. She married Ronald F. Neely on June 7, 1961. Ronald Neely preceded Edith in death on January 5, 2007. Edith is survived by two sons Harald and Dieter, their wives Edith and Kim, grandchildren Brandon, Tina and Jeffrey and 4 great grandchildren. She also has two sisters, Herta Kemp and Helga Grigsby who are grieving her passing. She was a long time attendee of Center Chapel 1 on Fort Bliss. Edith was a wonderful seamstress and sewed for a wide variety of customers. Her pride and joy was her lovely flower garden filled with lots of beautiful plants and her turtles. Please join the family in the final goodbye to Edith at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 for the viewing at 12:00 PM and a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM.
