Elardino T. Ramos

In remembrance of a wonderful husband and a loving father SGM Elardino T. Ramos, age: 69, resident of El Paso, Texas, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, January 31st at 11:16am. Elardino T. Ramos was born on: February 26, 1946 in the Philippine Islands to Floro and Julieta Ramos. He was the second oldest son out of seven siblings. He joined the United States Army and did two tours in Vietnam; he served his country for 26 years. He married Victoria Ferrer on July 24, 1971. They had two children Brian Ramos and Angela Ramos. Elardino spend the rest of his life getting closer to God learning to appreciate all of Gods wonders, he lived, he loved, and he fought till his last breath when our Lord Jesus Christ embraced him and took him home. My father will be deeply missed, we struggle to deal with our loss, but we will rejoice in his memory and our belief that he is in heaven watching over us. We love you Elardino T. Ramos and you will forever be in our hearts, until we meet again, you will be missed. Visitation: 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass: 1:00pm on Friday, February 12, 2016 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Committal Service will follow at 2:30pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
