Emma C. Estrada

Emma C. Estrada, 89, long time resident of EL Paso, TX passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. She was born January 29, 1926. Emma is preceded in death by her husband, Jose N. Estrada. She is survived by her two sons; Jose L. Estrada (Maria), Juan M. Estrada (Norma), 4 grandchildren; Edgar, Cynthia, Tony, and Andy Estrada and 6 great grandchildren, brother; Reyes Castillo, sisters; Lola Gutierrez and Rosa Castillo. Emma taught religious classes at Corpus Christi Church where she was well liked by all. Emma loved to help other people. She had a great outlook on life and she loved spending time with all. Everywhere Emma went she made long time friends. Emma will be deeply missed by all. Our Mom always made time to sit and talk with us. She always made sure we were going down the right path. Even if we gave her hard times she never gave up on us. Viewing for Emma will be from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m., on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday July 20, 2015 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Interment: Mount Carmel Cemetery.
