Ernesto De La Rosa

Ernesto De La Rosa, 76, beloved husband, dad, brother, grandfather and great grandfather, went to his final rest on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Ernesto is preceded in death by his parents Guadalupe and Pedro De La Rosa. He leaves behind his wife, Josefina; sons: Ernesto Jr., Antonio, Javier & Ernie De La Rosa; daughters: Esther & Jesusita De La Rosa; 22 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren; brothers: Eduardo & Amador De La Rosa and sister, Ines Herrera. Ernesto was a beloved man and may he rest in peace with The Lord. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., with a Vigil to begin at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, March 30, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 31, 2014 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church, 503 Hunter. Interment to be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
