Eugene G. Paez

Eugene Paez, age 92, entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 8, 2026, in El Paso, Texas.

Eugene was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend, who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Faustino Paez and Estefana Guajardo; his wife, Raquel D. Paez; his son, Ruben Paez; and his siblings, Pilar Paez, Paula Hernandez, Inocencia Esqueda and Susana Picon.

He is survived by his children: Mary Head, Elena Paez, Eugene (Amelia) Paez, Anthony Paez, Delma (Bernardo) Gonzalez, and Robert Paez; his grandchildren, Rochelle Head, Stephen Head, Dominic Gonzalez, and Danielle Paez; his great-grandchildren, Kailyn Head, Landon Head, Adrianna Gonzalez, Morgan Gonzalez, Xander Gonzalez, Savannah Paez, Rachel Paez, and Ruben Paez Jr.; his siblings, Faustino Paez, Genovevo Paez, and Marianna Paez, as well as many extended family members and friends who will cherish and honor his memory.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-West, located at 480 N. Resler, El Paso, Texas.
