Eva Jean (Sinsel) Keen, 91, passed away July 21, 2025.
Born in Minden, Nebraska on April 11, 1934. She graduated from Minden High School and married her husband Harold in 1952.
Eva loved fishing, camping, and later became a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, which she served for 25 years. She began scuba diving at age 65, flew high in hot air balloons, and even zip-lined at age of 82. She survived breast cancer, and was an advocate for breast cancer research. Everyone that met Eva loved her, she did not know a stranger and would help anyone that needed it. She is a kind and generous soul.
She is preceded in death by husband Harold, sisters Betty, Dolores and Janet, companion Frank and beloved dog Bitsy. She is survived by her brother Donald, daughters Karla and Debra, 4 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Eva will be buried with her spouse Harold after a graveside service at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson, El Paso, Texas, on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:00 am.
