Francisco Ruelas Jr. (Kiko) passed away on November 12, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. He was born on October 5, 1943 to Francisco Sr. and Petra Ruelas. He was a proud Bowie High School graduate, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He found joy in sharing memories of his life with his family and was a big fan of oldies music.
Kiko grew up in El Paso, where he eventually met his first wife, Maria Elena. They were married for 40 years until her passing and they are survived by three daughters, Norma (Rudy), Thelma, and Nancy. As he continued his life, he was fortunate to find love again and married Virginia, who was at his side until the very day of his passing. He was a devoted husband and father, always putting his family first. He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. He cherished every moment spent with his family and was always there to offer love, support, and guidance.
In addition to being a loving family man, Kiko was also a dedicated Red Cross volunteer. He spent countless hours helping those in need and making a positive impact in his community.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
