Francisco Ulises Santiago, 64, entered into eternal rest on September 23, 2025 in El Paso, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Felicitas Arellano. Sister, Mayela. Francisco is survived by his beloved husband, Jose Hipolito Santiago. Brother, Omar and sister, Rocio. Francisco was very loved and will always be missed. 

A Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 10:30 AM on Monday, September 29, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will follow at 12:30 PM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
