Francisco Victor Velo

Francisco Victor Velo was born on October 18, 1947 in El Paso, Texas to Francisco Amendariz and Emma Velo. He served four years in the United Sates Marine Corps. While serving in Vietnam, was awarded the Bronze Star for bravery. He worked for the City of El Paso for 29 years. Frank will be missed by all those he touched. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
