He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife and partner of 35 years, Rosemary Arnold; son, Delbert Arnold; and Grandson, Jack Arnold. Visitation: 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00pm on Sunday, June 8, 2014. Committal Service: 10:00am on Monday, June 9, 2014 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
