Frank was born in Houston, TX on July 3, 1974. He graduated from Chester W. Nimitz High school and Honorably served his country proudly in the United States Army. Frank found his soulmate in 2017, Beatrice.
Frank, with his 11 years of service to the Custom Boarder Patrol, was a man who lived life boldly. His appreciation for good music, great food, and style made him a vibrant presence wherever he went. His meticulous style, a reflection of his personality, could never be replicated.
Frank is preceded in death by his father; Francisco Caballero Jr., He leaves behind his wife of 7 years Beatrice Caballero, son; Santiago Caballero, brother; Michael Caballero, and sisters; Lisa Morris and Rachel McClintock.
