On Thursday, January 29, Diet Coke lost its most loyal customer. Frank Raymond Clark was born on October 21, 1955 to Jack T. and Sue Bess Clark. He was born and raised in El Paso alongside his sister Rochelle, who he absolutely adored. He attended college at Texas Tech University where he met the love of his life, Mary Ann. Together they went on to have 3 children, all of whom he would move heaven and Earth for.
Frank was so much more than a lover of Diet Coke. He was a gentle force. The number of lives he touched throughout his 70 short years of life are innumerable. His quick wit and sharp humor brought joy to all those around. In his life, Frank was the plant manager of AMPI, a teacher, and a state dairy inspector. His hard work and dedication spilled over into his everyday life.
You would be hard pressed to find another man that loved his wife as much as Frank did. Married for nearly 48 years, Frank and Mary Ann lived their dreams together. Whether it was travelling the world, going out on adventures in the RV, or just sitting and watching television, Frank and Mary Ann plain and simply wanted nothing more than to just be together. Their love for one another transcends life and death.
Frank was more than just a loving husband; he was a devoted father and grandfather. He cherished his children. He was always there for them, no matter what else was happening in his life. He would drop anything on a dime to help if one of his children needed anything, no matter how big or small. Frank hung the moon for his children and his grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Sue Bess Clark. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Clark, his aunt Agnes Ann, his sister Rochelle and husband Howard Muchnick, his brother and sister in-law Greg and wife Debbie Toste, and his children Frank Clark Jr., Amber Clark, and Rebecca Arnal. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren Ava Arnal, Tristan Clark, Frankie Clark, Benji Arnal, and Clare Arnal. Not a day will go by where the hole left by Frank will not be felt by those he loved the most.
