Frederick J. Wiebel, 75, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 in El Paso, Texas. He is survived by his wife Lupe Wiebel, daughter Tara Lyn Ross, sons Jon C. Wiebel and Mathew Edward Wiebel, four grandchildren and sisters Lois and Kathleen. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be at 12:30 PM, Thursday, June 21, 2018 at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar. Committal Service will follow at 2:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
