In Loving Memory
Gail Florence Kirkpatrick
May 19, 1939 – March 16, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gail, a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, who peacefully departed this world on March 16, 2026, at the age of 86.
Gail was born on May 19th 1939, in the town of Gridley to Thomas and Cicia Anderson. She married Jack Kirkpatrick on October 19th, 1956. Gail started out as a bank teller, raising through the bank to end as a Vice President of the Trust Department.
Gail's greatest joy, however, came from her family. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Jack, for 46 years until his passing. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. As a mother, she raised her children to stand up for themselves, be proud of who they are, always have integrity, work hard, and show compassion for others.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack, and her sisters Addaline, and Thelma. She is survived by two children, Kellie Hartley of Nashville Tennessee and Melodie Bell and husband Hugh Bell of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 4 grandchildren, Shaun, Kyle, Corey, and Logan; 8 great grandchildren, Matthew, Haylee, Asher, Cuyler, Liam, Noah, Jack and Oliver.
We will celebrate her life at a Graveside Service at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery on Friday, March 27 at 11:00 AM.
Rest in peace, Gail. Your light will continue to shine in our hearts forever.
