Gilbert Cuellar Jr., 74, passed away on Thursday, November 20,2025.

Gilbert was born in El Paso, TX on January 12, 1951. He graduated from Bowie High School in 1971. Gilbert later married the love of his life in 1972, Estela.

Gilbert worked at the State National Bank for 12 years. Gilbert also worked at Viva Ford for 4 years. He loved to meet people. He also loved his family and friends. Gilbert loved to joke around and loved to dance.

Gilbert is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Sr. and Leonor Cuellar. He is also preceded in death by his loving son Jerardo Cuellar and his sister-in-law Delia Cuellar. He leaves behind his ex-wife Estela, his daughter veronica Hernandez, his granddaughters Breanna and Melissa Hernandez, his brothers Guillermo, Ricardo, and David and his sister Carolina. His sisters-in-law Barbara Moreno, and Ana Cuellar, and his nieces Linda Austin, Jessica Baez, Samantha Cuellar, his goddaughter Allyson, great-nieces Danielle and Tabitha.
