Glenn Edward Gray, born March 10, 1945, passed away on January 2, 2026. He was the beloved son of John Andrew Gray and Hazel Smith Gray and was raised in Rising Sun, Maryland.
Glenn proudly served in the United States Army for over 20 years and was a Vietnam War veteran. His military service was a defining part of his life, and he carried deep pride in serving his country.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, as well as his siblings, nieces, and nephews, all of whom he loved deeply.
Glenn had a strong presence wherever he went. He will be remembered for his character, his service, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him.
Visitation will be held from 4:00–8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Sunset Funeral Homes – Northeast, located at 4631 Hondo Pass, El Paso, Texas 79904.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:10 AM on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9025 Diana Drive, El Paso, Texas 79904.
A Committal Service with military honors will follow at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79904
