Gloria Deas

Gloria Deas, age 79, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 27, 2024. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, friend, and will be dearly missed. Gloria is preceded in death by her parents: Elfego Piñon Sr. and Tomasa Martinez, her husband: Bernard Winford Deas Jr., and her brothers: Elfego Piñon Jr. and Robert Piñon. She is survived by her children: Melvin Guy Forisha and Christy Deas Charleston (Jerome), her sisters: Graciela Piñon (Charles) and Luana Piñon (Roger), as well as her grandchildren: Miles Charleston, Mason Charleston, and Ethan Charleston. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, April 14, 2025 with Holy Rosary to commence at 6:00pm at Sunset Funeral Homes-West. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 400 W Sunset Rd. A Graveside Service will follow at 1:30pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.
