Guadalupe Aguirre, age 93, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 08, 2024. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and will be dearly missed. Guadalupe is preceded in death by her parents: Lucas Garay and Sebastiana Valdez, her beloved husband: Eduardo Aguirre, as well as her siblings: Ofelia Rodriguez, Leopoldo Garay, and Kika Rubio. She is survived by her daughters: Margarita Diaz (Jesus), Elsa Romo (Bernabe), and Brenda Muñoz (Pascual), her sisters: Ana Maria Garay and Rita Gonzalez, her grandchildren: Elsa Baker, Carissa Vasquez, Adrian Romo, Vanessa McCall, Angelica Barceleau, Javier Diaz, and Pascual Muñoz Jr., as well as numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.
Pallbearers include: Pascual Muñoz, Pascual Muñoz Jr., Javier Diaz, Abner Vasquez, William McCall, Eddie Romo, and Robert Barceleau.
A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 with a Holy Rosary to commence at 6:00pm at Sunset Funeral Homes-West.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stephens Catholic Church, 1700 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, TX 79936. A Graveside Service will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
