Gustavo Olivas

Gustavo Olivas, 91, entered into eternal rest on June 14, 2026 in El Paso, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Raul Olivas and Juana Soto de Olivas. Sister, Alicia Martinez. His beloved wife, Martha Echavarria. Gustavo is survived by his loving daughters, Elva Olivas, Martha Melendez, Olga Ramirez, Patricia Ortiz, Vivi Vidalez and Iris Sanchez. Gustavo also leaves behind, 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren to honor and cherish his memory. Gustavo was very loved and will always be missed.

A Visitation will be held from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. with a Rosary starting at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass at 10:30 a.m. on June 30, 2026 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd, El Paso, TX 79927. A Graveside will follow at 12:00 P.M. at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, TX 79907.
