Hershel Vaughn Franklin

El Paso
Born August 1941 in Tulia, Texas, son of Bill and Laura Franklin, he joined the Navy when he was 18. After his term of service, he went to work with General Motors in El Paso. He later transferred to Los Angeles and then Portland, Oregon. He spent his last years with Texas Veteran’s Home in El Paso. He is survived by two brothers Jerry and James Franklin.
