Isidro "Chirro" G. Carrillo

Isidro “Chirro” G. Carrillo, age 93, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He will be dearly missed. Isidro is preceded in death by his parents: Felipe Carrillo and Carolina Gonzalez, his beloved wife: Anita Carrillo, his daughter in law: Olga Carrillo, his son: Francisco Abel Carrillo, granddaughter: Nicole Carrillo, as well as his siblings: Refugio Dominguez, Eulalia Hernandez, Pedro Carrillo, and Genoveva Carrillo. He is survived by his children: Elizabeth Sanchez (Roberto), Pedro Carrillo, Isidro Carrillo Jr. (Marisela), Gabriel Carrillo (Selma), Paul Carrillo (Marisa), Luis Carrillo (Marlina), and Graciela Jara, his siblings: Felipe Carrillo Jr., Martha Orozco, and Estela Carrillo, 19 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

His Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Holy Rosary to commence at 6:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, August 28, 2026, at St. Francis of Assisi, 5750 Doniphan Drive. Interment will follow at 11:30 am at Canutillo Cemetery, 650 Vinton, Canutillo, TX 79835.
