Jaime Alfonso Luevano

Jaime Alfonso Luevano 63, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010. He was a longtime resident of El Paso, Tx and a member of the Catholic Community. He is survived by his loving soulmate of 22 years, Rose Meraz; his 3 brothers; 4 sisters; 23 nieces and nephews and 36 great nieces and nephews . Jaime was a man who loved life and was positive in all that he was faced with. He was a kidney transplant recipient of 24 years. He had a wonderful spirit and was extremely strong willed. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas with a Vigil at 7:00 PM. Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10:00 AM ( time pending) at Our lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church ( Old Mission) located at 131 S. Zaragosa. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
