James Edward Carson

James Edward Carson, Jr., age 46, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017. James was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 24, 1970. He graduated from North Education Center with the class of 1991 before leaving to proudly serve his country in the United States Army. While stationed in Germany, he met the love of his life, Bianca, and married her in May of 1995. James retired after 20+ years as a captain in the Army, where he served proudly in the air defense artillery and field artillery. He graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering in March of 2002, and received his Masters in Space Systems Operations from Naval Postgraduate School in September of 2008. After retiring from the military, he worked for the Snyder Independent School District as a math teacher touching the lives of students and teachers alike. James was a blessing in the lives of many, leaving an impact and a smile wherever he went. He loved spending time with his family and encouraged them to pursue the most in life. He could often be found at his daughters’ soccer games and school events, or at home with his family watching his favorite Marvel series. James was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Carson, Sr. He leaves behind his mother, Sallie Carson and his beloved wife of twenty-two years Bianca Carson along with their three beautiful daughters: Celine, Amelia and Olivia Carson. “You left me beautiful memories your love is still my guide, and though we cannot see you, you’re always at my side.” Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Homes Northeast. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, April 24, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Homes Northeast. Committal Service will follow at 1:00pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes Northeast.
