James Edward Leggett, entered eternal rest on March 26, 2023 at the age of 85. He is preceded in death by his parents John Henry Leggett and I V Isaac. He is survived by his loving wife Maggie Alexander Leggett. Funeral Service will be at 12:30pm, Monday, April 17, 2023 at Unity Baptist Church, 4604 Maxwell. Committal Service to follow at 2:30pm at Fort Blist National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
