James W. Tarpley, 84, passed away February 20, 2024 in El Paso, Texas. He is survived by his wife; Alicia Tarpley, sons; James R. Tarpley, Alberto Tarpley, daughter; Cristina Newton and five grandchildren. A Gathering of Remembrance will be from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM with Military Honors at 1:00 PM and a Eulogy service at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina to honor the life of Mr. Tarpley. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
