Jean Plitsch Cobos

Jean Plitsch Cobos, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 28, 2026. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, and will be greatly missed. Jean is preceded in death by her mother, Vera Olive Plitsch Rudd; her loving husband, Armando Francisco Cobos; her sisters, Doreen Riddle and Shirley Barry; her brothers, Gordon, Derek, and Micky Plitsch.

She is survived by her dearest children: David M. (Barbara) Cobos, Melissa Jean Cobos, Celina (Daryl) Lewis, Tracy Ann (Russell) Martin, and Sandra Cobos, sisters Peggy Jackson and Carol Howlett, 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Graveside Service will be at 9:00 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson, 79906
