Jesse Burt Branon,

MSG.(Ret) Jesse B. Branon, Jr. passed away on July 4, 2007, at William Beaumont Army Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born in DeRidder, Louisiana, on September 22, 1937 to Jesse B. Branon, Sr. and Elva Ratcha Branon. Jesse Branon, Jr. was a career soldier who retired in 1988. He later served as a substitute teacher in the EPISD. He is survived by his loving wife, Gwendolyn; son Jesse, III; daughter, Ericka; four grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 from 5:00-9:00pm at Sunset Funeral Homes - Northeast. Funeral Service will be at 10am on Wednesday, July 11, 2007, at Sunset Funeral Homes - Northeast. Interment to follow with full Military Honors at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
