Jesus Moreno

Jesus Moreno, Jr. passed away peacefully in the arms of our Lord and surrounded by his family on January 15, 2014. Born and raised in El Paso, he was a dedicated son, brother, uncle, and godfather. He is preceded in death by his parents Jesus Moreno, Sr. and Sofia Moreno; and brothers: Joe Moreno and Arturo Moreno. He is survived by his brothers: Robert Moreno and Raul Moreno; and sisters: Marta Chavez, Paula Velasco, and Olga Ceniceros. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and his two goddaughters: Jennifer R. Galindo and Delila Anaya. "Thank you Uncle Chuy for taking care of us. We will miss you deeply and you will always be in our hearts." A Visitation will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m., with a Vigil to begin at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Homes-East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 20, 2014 at Santo Nino De Atocha Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
