Jesus Miguel Sanchez

Jesus M. (Tikiro) Sanchez, 72, years of age passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at a local hospital. He was born in Smeltertown and worked at ASARCO until his retirement. He leaves behind his wife of 52 years Estella R. Sanchez, his sons, Jesus Jr. (Isela), Edward (Veronica) and Arturo (Rachel) Sanchez. His daughter, Sandra Villanueva (Charlie), and 7 grandchildren, his brothers, Salvador (Grace), Ramon (Sandra), and Alfredo (Alice) Sanchez, his sisters, Mary Armendariz (Frank) and Gloria Sanchez. His hobbies were playing pool and he really enjoyed playing golf with his golfing buddies. His favorite team were the Dallas Cowboys. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm with a vigil at 7 pm Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be Friday, December 13, 2013 at 10 am at St. Patrick's Cathedral, 1118 N. Mesa. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
