Joan Patricia Blair

Joan Patricia Blair (Wright) fondly known as Pat passed away of a sudden heart attack on Monday July 8th 2013. Born November 22, 1934 in Ramsgate a seaside town in east Kent England, Pat first met her husband at the local Palocies Ice Cream Parlor where they continued with many dates thereafter. In earlier years Pat was a part of Dart tournaments, and Bowling leagues, and has always been a stamp collector. Pat was preceded by her Father, Walter; Mother, Lavinia; and her sibling, Hilda all of England. Pat is survived by her husband Stanley where they have been with each other for 60 years, and shared their lasting years in El Paso TX, her children Karen Worthington (Roy) of Albuquerque; David Blair (Anna) of El Paso; Linda Baril (Christopher) of Connecticut. Pat has six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. There was a family viewing prior to her wishes of being cremated. Pat was a member of American Legion Auxiliary for 24 years, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Pat and Stan loved and enjoyed the many road trips together which took them through the west coast, east coast, Alaska, and Canada.
