John E. Garcia

John E. Garcia, 84, born on February 26, 1931 entered into eternal peace on Sunday, September 20, 2015 surrounded by his devoted wife and family. John is survived by his wife of 64 years, Corina and the couple raised nine wonderful children together. He is survived by eight children and their spouses: Linda Griego (Cipriano), Johnny Garcia (Martie), Tommy Garcia (Sheila), Sandra Dile (Mike), (daughter-in-law Lana Country), Anthony Garcia (Cindy), Gilbert Garcia (Barbara), Ricky Garcia (Claudia) and Brenda Garcia (Kenny); 25 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, as well as his three sisters and two brothers. He was preceded in death in February by his adored son, Ronnie Garcia, who is waiting for John in Heaven. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will begin at 9:15am on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Committal Service will follow at 10:30am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Service entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
