Jorge A. Almada

Jorge A. Almada, 96, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 12, 2025, in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, friend, and will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his loving mother Esperanza A. Marquez, son; George Almada, and his sibling; Ricardo Almada, Esperanza Almada and Emma Almada. He is survived by his loving wife Paz Reveles Almada, his beloved children; Richard Almada, Antonio Almada, Jesus Almada, Gabriel Almada, and Laura Almada Truhill Ruffin, sister Martha Rueda, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended family members, and friends to honor his memory.  

A Visitation will be held  from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 02, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Drive, with a Holy Rosary to commence at 6:00 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 03, 2025 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 4805 Byron Street.  A Graveside Service will follow at 1:00 pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.
