Jorge Borjón, 56, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Jorge will be deeply missed. We are grateful for the privilege of knowing his beautiful spirit. God created Jorge with many talents. He was a gifted and hard working painter, carpenter, mechanic, and builder. He could do it all. He was a great father, son, brother, and coach, with a very competitive and generous spirit. Jorge had an awesome sense of humor, and his smile was contagious. He accepted the Lord in 1994 and at his core, he loved to worship Jesus.
He is survived by his mother, Rosalia; his two sons, Jorge and Gabriel; his grandsons, Gael and Caleb; his brothers, Antonio and Hector. He was preceded in death by his sister Elizabeth and his father Antonio.
A viewing will be held today at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Join us in celebrating his life with a worship service at Templo Restauracion Divina, 9001 Cashew Drive, Suite 800 at 8:45 a.m., Saturday, September 6th.
